This “nyethe culture” can be done by anyone without the need for special expertise. Typically, the cethe coffee lovers do this while relaxing in a coffee shop while talking.

In Tulungagung itself, there are nearly 7,000 cethe coffee shops, most notably in Kalangbret Region, Tulungagung.

Cethe coffee served with a small cup with prices ranging from Rp1,000 – Rp3,000. The coffee used is the original Tulungagung green coffee without instant coffee mix. Green coffee is coming from traditional garden produce by Tulungagung residents.
